A New Year's Resolution for the '14

Here's another New Year bringing in new resolutions. Are they meant to be kept or broken like before!? Time is meant to tell that tale to you and me.

The journey has begun, and on its way to the terminus of eternity. Everyday is a struggle, but with the dearest ones by our side, its more like a transformation into betterment. On our journey so far, we have ceded to our own and to the unknown. It's our way of life, until we reach the welkin and decide on our path to heaven or purgatory.

Big targets set for the year, and we believe to have been blessed with the health and wisdom to achieve them. The plans are on the cards, and now await in lea to be dispatched to their rightful destinations.

The first of this year's to-dos on my list is to review and revere the Saints of the Day. The list up until today :
Saint of the Day for Wednesday, January 1st, 2014 - Mary the Blessed Virgin
Saint of the Day for Thursday, January 2nd, 2014 - St. Basil the Great
Saint of the Day for Friday, January 3rd, 2014 - St. Genevieve
Saint of the Day for Saturday, January 4th, 2014 - St. Elizabeth Ann Seton
Saint of the Day for Sunday, January 5th, 2014 - St. John Neumann
Saint of the Day for Monday, January 6th, 2014 - St. Andre Bessette
Saint of the Day for Tuesday, January 7th, 2014 - St. Raymond of Pennafort
Saint of the Day for Wednesday, January 8th, 2014 - St. Thorfinn
Saint of the Day for Thursday, January 9th, 2014 - St. Adrian, Abbot
Saint of the Day for Friday, January 10th, 2014 - St. William of Bourges

Its about time to comport ourselves as we prepare to enter our second innings. Expectations from us are now beginning to exceed our hold. Its time we prepare ourselves mentally, physically, religiously and also psychologically to enter this phase stronger, bigger and bolder.

Happy New Year 2014!
