Love is Past....Present is still the Past Love

Today is Easter! The whole world commemorates the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. A new beginning from a new end. A big revolution in world history to signify One supreme being's existence, with the B.C and A.D calendar circle. This is the time, we too need to look back, and bring about changes for ourselves, for our betterment, and for our peace.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." -John 3:16. "Love" has been ever existent from the very first day of God's creations. His handy works are so immensely love-worthy, be it good or bad. It is all His creation, His creation for us to love and live in peace and co-existence. Nobody's perfect! Amongst all His beautiful creations, God also put the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil whose fruits were forbidden for consumption by the humans. Knowing His own creations, God put them to test, and they failed to abide by His rules.

We are no different from that Adam and Eve. Temptations are thrown right at us. It's our midikk whether we fall prey to it, or stand upright and survive it. Life is like a twisted cocktail. It throws love at us when we are the most vulnerable to fall for it. As deceiving as it can get, this is how love plays around with your mind, with my mind too. I want to hang on to past love, yet I also want to look forward to a new beginning. I try hard, really very hard to let go of my attractions and affections, but my past has been my best.

Its a fix, actually I am in a fix. My friend says, its always better to have loved, than to not have loved. But what worries me now is, I have loved what I knew. Now I am getting into a love that is totally unknown, totally a stranger. What if my past love, my family, my friends are compromised because of this new love? Can the new love be any more interesting, any more experimental, any more excruciating?

Its a wild card.....may be boon or bane!
